Waterloo Stratford Campus unveils designs for new campus building, a 45,000 square foot, three-storey building with large glass walls and an open-concept to allow for collaboration between students and faculty.
Construction begins on the new campus at St. Patrick Street. The completion date is slated for July 2012.
The Masters program is approved and the name is changed from Master of Digital Innovation to Master of Digital Experience Innovation to reflect the hands on experience in the program. Admissions also begin for September 2011.
The first class of Master of Digital Experience Innovation begins at the temporary campus with a 17 student enrollment.
Ginny Dybenko, previously the Dean of Business & Economics at Wilfred Laurier University, is appointed as Executive Director of the Stratford Campus.
